    𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻: 𝗖𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

    Registration is open for the CIS Arbitration Workshop: Sanctions, Compliance and Enforcement, taking place online on 5–6 October 2026.

    The workshop will bring together practitioners, arbitrators, in-house counsel, experts and policymakers for two focused half-days examining recent developments affecting disputes connected with CIS and other former Soviet jurisdictions.

    The programme will focus on:
    • 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

    Through expert presentations and practical discussion, participants will gain a clearer understanding of recent sanctions and compliance developments, jurisdictional competition, enforcement risks involving CIS-related parties and assets, and the institutions and legal strategies likely to shape future disputes.

    While the workshop is primarily intended for arbitration and litigation practitioners, in-house counsel, sanctions professionals, arbitrators and others working on CIS-related disputes, students and early-career practitioners seeking to develop expertise in this area are equally welcome.
